👀 All Eyes On Earnings

  • 📊 Palantir's Big Monday Moment: PLTR drops Q2 earnings Monday after close - traders are praying AI government contracts actually print revenue this time.

  • 💉 Biotech Double Tap Incoming: VRTX and AMGN report Monday and Tuesday - high expectations for drug pipelines, but whispers say guidance might underwhelm.

  • 💾 SMCI's AI Reality Check: Super Micro reports Tuesday after the bell - stock's on a heater, but investors are bracing for either a moonshot or meltdown.

  • 🧠 Quantum Hype Gets a Test: IonQ and D-Wave both report this week - forecast is big rev growth, but still deep in loss territory.

  • 🎫 Uber & Lyft Hit the Road: Both ride-share giants report Wednesday - investors want proof that profits aren't just surge pricing and vibes. Lyft especially needs to show it's not permanently stuck in Uber's shadow.

💸 Trade Talk

Palantir reports Monday after the bell, and it’s either going to launch the AI rally into orbit or nuke it into the floor. The stock’s doubled this year, expectations are sky-high, and one bad line in guidance could unravel the whole narrative. Traders are loaded - now it’s showtime.

🧠 Big Brain Energy

Quantum names IonQ and D-Wave report this week. Both are growing fast, but still losing money - traders want to see if the hype is turning into real results.

What are analysts expecting?

Wall Street expects IonQ to lose $0.30 per share in Q2 - worse than its $0.18 loss a year ago - but revenue should jump 52% to $17.3 million. Next quarter, sales could hit $25.6 million.

D‑Wave is expected to lose $0.05 per share, improving from a $0.10 loss last year. Revenue should grow 17% to $2.6 million, with Q3 estimates at $3.2 million.

🧨The Outrage Meter

Biotech stocks love to overpromise, and this week might be no different. Vertex and Amgen report this week with sky-high pipeline hopes… but if guidance stinks or trials stumble, expect a swift biotech beatdown.
